DIRECTORS

Our Project Management team is of sound professional standing and have the capabilities to manage projects from inception, design, construction and commissioning.

Dugbatey Teye is A CIOB award winner in Construction Project Management in the United Kingdom and formerly worked as a Construction Site Manager with Bancon Construction in the UK.

Dugbatey has managed and completed building projects worth £5-30 million in his time served at Bancon Construction.

With an outstanding track record in project management strategic planning and leadership, Dugbatey is currently the General Manager at Lemet Construction who oversees the entire business operations at Lemet Construction.

Merley graduated from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana in 1990 with a Degree in Computer Science and has an Executive Masters Degree in Finance from the University of Ghana Business School. She worked with Deloitte and Touche Consulting, West Africa as an IT Consultant and later worked with the Special Needs Department of London Borough of Brent, UK as a Senior Systems Officer.

In 1995, she established Temel Consult International Ltd, a computer training centre that offered training to various institutions, the Food and Agriculture Organisation (FAO), Ghana, Peace Corps, Ghana and Mobil Ghana Ltd. among others.

Merley is now the Deputy Managing Director of Lemet Construction Company Ltd. with the role of handling the Administration and Finance Departments of the Company.

Johnson graduated from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana with a Degree in Building Technology and a has Masters Degree in Construction from Loughborough University, UK in 1992. He is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) and has also gone through systematic management development/training programmes both in Ghana and in the UK.

Johnson has over 25 years work experience in Construction. He worked with Top Construction as General Manager for 3 years. In 1995 he established Lemet Construction Company Ltd and he is the Chief Executive Officer of the Company.

His passion for construction is to build well with motivated craftsmen to produce very excellent work. Giving our clients carefully planned, responsibly built, sustainable buildings and services that creates value.
